Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Vereo, an AI voice agent service operated by Automate AI Limited. Please read them carefully. They set out the plans and pricing, your responsibilities, acceptable use, and the limits of our liability.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Vereo, an AI voice agent service operated by Automate AI Limited ("Vereo", "we", "us"). By subscribing to or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. The service

Vereo provides AI voice agents that answer inbound calls, qualify callers, book appointments, transfer calls, and deliver transcripts and summaries. Features may include calendar and CRM integration, consent-managed call recording, after-hours routing, outbound calling and multilingual support, depending on your plan and configuration.

We may update, improve or change features over time. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of your plan without notice.

3. Plans and pricing

Vereo is offered on the following basis:

  • Starter: $79+GST per month, including 100 inbound minutes.
  • Additional inbound minutes: $0.49+GST per minute.
  • Outbound calls: $0.49+GST per minute plus carrier termination, billed separately and not deducted from included inbound minutes.
  • One-off setup fee: $450 plus GST, covering agent configuration, voice selection and tuning, call flow design, knowledge base setup, integration wiring and go-live testing. Additional fees may apply for bespoke integrations such as dental and medical practice management systems, custom booking platforms or specialist software connectors.
  • Custom plans: priced according to call volume, integrations and requirements.

All prices are in Australian dollars. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of GST, which will be added where applicable.

4. Billing and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider. Usage charges, such as additional minutes and outbound calls, are billed in arrears. If a payment fails, we may suspend the service after a reasonable cure period. You are responsible for keeping your payment details current.

5. Setup and change requests

The setup fee covers the initial build and configuration of your agent. Reasonable adjustments during onboarding are included. Significant changes after go-live, such as new integrations or major call-flow redesigns, may be quoted separately before any work begins.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content, accuracy and lawfulness of the information your Vereo agent uses and conveys, and for ensuring your use of call recording and customer data complies with applicable laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and relevant state and territory recording laws. You must configure an appropriate consent notice where required.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Vereo to:

  • Break any law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others.
  • Harass, deceive or defraud callers or recipients.
  • Send unsolicited or unlawful marketing, including in breach of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) or the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth).
  • Distribute malware or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches of this section.

8. Service levels

We aim to provide a reliable, high-availability service and target uptime of 99.5% to 99.9% depending on your plan, excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control. Voice quality and call handling also depend on third-party telephony and AI providers.

9. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Vereo data is hosted in AWS Sydney. We apply encryption in transit and at rest and maintain access controls. You retain ownership of your data and the data captured on your behalf.

10. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Vereo platform, software and underlying technology. You own your content and the call data captured for your business. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

11. Warranties and liability

The service is provided with due care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all other warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or revenue.

12. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time; Vereo is month to month with no lock-in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate the service for non-payment, breach of these terms, or where required by law. On termination, we will make your data available for export for a limited period before deletion.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through negotiation before commencing proceedings.
