The Starter plan includes 100 inbound minutes per month, 24/7/365 answering with up to 20 simultaneous calls, natural voice with sub-second response, calendar booking and warm transfer, CRM integration and call summaries, email/SMS/Teams/Slack alerts, a knowledge base trained on your business, a monthly reporting dashboard, and call recording with consent management.
There is a one-off $295+GST fee for most setups, covering agent configuration, voice selection and tuning, call flow design, knowledge base setup, standard integration wiring, and go-live testing. More complicated integrations are quoted separately during initial scoping.
Additional inbound minutes are billed at $0.35+GST per minute. You can monitor your usage in the dashboard at any time. If you consistently exceed 100 minutes, we can discuss a higher-volume plan.
Outbound calls are charged at $0.15+GST per minute plus carrier termination. They are not deducted from your 100 included inbound minutes and are billed separately.
No. Vereo is month to month. You can cancel at any time. Most setups have a one-off $295+GST setup fee. More complicated integrations are quoted separately during initial scoping.
