The stack
Every build runs on AWS serverless in the Sydney region, with a React front end. That means no servers to patch, hosting that only charges for what is used, and the same platform we run Vereo on. Releases are automated, so fixes and changes ship the same day they are approved.
How we price
Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed before any work starts. As a guide: small builds such as a quoting tool, a single-purpose portal or an integration run from $2,500 to $7,500 +GST. Larger builds with several user types, payments or complex workflows run from $7,500 to $20,000 +GST. Hosting is passed through at cost, because it varies with storage and compute, and a care plan for ongoing changes is optional.
If the scope changes mid-build we tell you before it costs anything, and you decide.

How do you price?
Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. Small builds run from $2,500 to $7,500 +GST and larger builds from $7,500 to $20,000 +GST. If the scope changes, we quote the change before doing it.
Do I own it?
Yes. The finished software is yours on final payment. We can keep hosting and maintaining it for you, or hand it over to another developer with full documentation.
Where is it hosted?
AWS in the Sydney region, either in your own AWS account or one we run for you. Hosting is passed through at cost because it depends on your storage and compute; for most small builds it is a few dollars a month.
How long does it take?
Small builds typically take two to four weeks; larger builds six to ten. You see working software each week, not a reveal at the end.
Can you integrate with my existing system?
Usually, yes. If your system has an API (Xero, MYOB, HubSpot, ServiceM8, Simpro, Cliniko and most modern tools do) we connect to it. We confirm this in scoping before you commit.
What about ongoing changes?
Choose an optional care plan for a set number of change hours each month, or ask for changes as you need them and we quote each one. Hosting, backups and security updates are covered by the hosting fee either way.
