Approve first, or set it to auto
By default, every post waits for your approval. You get the week's posts in one message, tap approve or ask for a change, and they publish on schedule. Once you trust the voice, switch to auto and we only check in on anything unusual, such as a promotion or a public holiday message.

Questions, answered
Do I approve posts first?
Yes, by default. You receive the week's posts in one message and approve or request changes. When you are happy with the voice you can switch to auto-publish and we check in only on anything out of the ordinary.
Which platforms?
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google Business Profile. Starter covers up to three platforms, Growth up to five.
Can you use my own photos?
Yes, and we prefer it. Send job photos, team shots and product images to a shared folder and we build posts around them. Where you have no photo, we create an on-brand image.
Do you reply to comments?
Not on these plans. We post and report; replying to comments and messages stays with you, because customers expect the business to answer. If you want enquiries handled automatically, our AI Solutions chatbot can do that on your website.
What about paid ads?
These plans are organic posting only. We can set up and run Facebook, Instagram or Google ads as a separate quote, with the ad spend billed to your own account.
Can I pause?
Yes. Pause for a month at any time, for example over a shutdown period, and resume when you are ready. There is no lock-in and no restart fee.
