There is no setup fee on AI Solutions. We scope the automation with you, build it, test it against real examples from your business and switch it on. The monthly fee covers the build, the hosting, the AI usage within fair use, and ongoing changes as your process shifts.

What counts as one automation?

One repeatable job with a clear trigger and outcome. For example: a new web form enquiry is added to your CRM and gets a reply, or a supplier invoice arriving by email is read and entered into Xero. A chatbot on your site also counts as one.

Do you integrate with my CRM, Xero or MYOB?

Yes. We work with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, ServiceM8, Simpro, Cliniko and most tools with an API. If yours is unusual, we check it on the scoping call before you commit.

Where is my data stored?

On AWS in Sydney. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is logged, and nothing is used to train public AI models. You can export your data at any time.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Start on Starter with one automation and move up when you want more. Upgrades take effect from the next billing period and there is no re-setup fee.

What happens if it breaks?

Every automation is monitored. If a step fails you are told, nothing is silently lost, and we fix it. Support is by email with a one business day response target, and the same day for anything urgent.

Is there a contract?

No. AI Solutions are month to month with no lock-in. Cancel any time and the service runs until the end of the current billing period.
